About me
I have over 25 years’ experience in international affairs, including 16+ years as an executive in government. Earlier roles included Membership Relations Manager at the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and Editor with Oxford University Press Hong Kong.
I have a keen interest in international development, corporate social responsibility, inclusion and gender equality. I speak English, French, Greek and Spanish, and bring a global perspective and practical, people-centred know-how to bear in my coaching and writing practice.
In addition to 25+ years of professional writing in the public and not-for-profit sectors, I am a published author, including articles on travel and international development, poetry in Bywords.ca and Event Poetry and Prose, an honourable mention in the GritLIT2022 short story contest and a shortlisted essay in the 2022 International Amy MacRae Award for Memoir.
I am an alumna of Erickson Coaching International (Art and Science of Coaching: Solution-Focused Essentials), the Telfer School of Management (Public Sector Leaders Program), the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity (Writing with Style), Carleton University’s Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (M.A., Development Studies) and the University of Waterloo (Joint Honours B.A., French and Political Science).
Born in Waterloo, Ontario, I am a first-generation Canadian of Greek and Puerto Rican descent.

Mission
I help new and aspiring leaders, and people working through personal or professional transitions, to make meaningful connections, harness their creativity and take a balanced approach so that they can thrive.
